Shipping is handled entirely by our carriers, I do not get on the truck and deliver your items myself, although I want everything to be on the road without problems, and therefore have no say or control over how quickly they get to you during the high volume season. Once your items are shipped, please be patient with our carriers as they too are experiencing high volume shipments.
If your package is lost or stolen in transit, please contact your local post office. They will only help you recover or return a lost package if you have purchased Priority Shipping, First Class Shipping may be cost effective but it does not come with insurance and you cannot just file a complaint claim.
